Acro & Jazz Dance Class in South Edmonton

It’s time to flip, roll, and leap into the fun with Tumble Time, a high-energy 6-week session designed for dancers aged 5–9 years! This un-parented program perfectly introduces jazz and acro fundamentals, helping young dancers build strength, coordination, and confidence in a playful and supportive environment.

Whether your child is brand new to dance or loves to move, Tumble Time offers the perfect mix of tumbling skills, teamwork, and creative expression, all led by our enthusiastic instructors in South Edmonton.

Program Details

Session: January 10- February 14
Time: Saturday 9:30-10:15 on dates listed above
Cost: $115 + GST
Age Requirement: Must be 5–9 years old by March 1, 2026
No prior experience required
Registration Opens November 1, 2025

What to Wear

Leggings or shorts with a fitted tank top or bodysuit and tights
Bare feet preferred
Socks with grip are also acceptable
No special dance shoes needed — just energy and enthusiasm!

Located in South Edmonton, Dance Discovery’s Tumble Time program is a great way to introduce kids to the basics of acrobatics and jazz in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

Short-Term Program Fees

All short-term program fees are non-refundable except in the event the program can not run in-person due to government restrictions. Should the program be unable to run in-person, we will NOT run it as a virtual program and all fees will be refunded. Should a session be interrupted by a mandated shut down, your fees will be pro-rated and refunded accordingly. Fees are not refunded or pro-rated for late registrants into the program or for any classes missed by the student throughout the session.

Please note, third-party funding (KidSport etc;) is not accepted for our short-term programming.

Short-Term Programming; What to Expect

Dancers should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class beginning.
We encourage dancers to arrive at the studio already dressed in their dance attire that is required for class.
Dancers can place their outdoor shoes in the cubbies at the entrance and their jacket in the cubbies located outside the studio.
The lobby will be open for parents to wait for the duration of their child's program, however, it is not mandatory.
Viewing of the classes are not permitted. We will however have a performance for families the last 10 minutes of the final class in the session.
