OCTOBER 2023

9: Thanksgiving Day; no classes running
24-30: Halloween Week; dancers are invited to wear their Halloween costume to class!
27-29: NUVO Dance Convention in Calgary; optional for Company Team members
31: Halloween; no classes running

NOVEMBER 2023

11: Remembrance Day; all classes running as per usual

DECEMBER 2023

11: Winter Recital tickets go on sale
21: Last Day of classes prior to Winter Break

JANUARY 2024

6: Classes return from Winter Break
6-11: Watch Week for all Primary and Recreational programs the final 15 minutes of class; attendance is strongly encouraged as all Winter Recital procedures will be discussed and costuming will be distributed
6: Winter Short Term Programming commences
21: Winter Recital for all Primary, Recreational and select Company Teams at the Shell Theatre in Fort Sask.

FEBRUARY 2024

19: Family Day; all classes running as per usual
29: Teachers Convention; all classes running as per usual

MARCH 2024

1-7: Watch Week for all Primary, Recreational and Performance programs the final 15 minutes of class
3: Company Showcase for all Solos, Duos, Small Groups and Jazz Line at the Maclab Centre of Performing Arts in Leduc
9-14: Picture Week for all Full-Year Programs
14-17: Summit Dance Competition; held at the Myer Horowitz Theatre
24-31: Spring Break; no classes running

APRIL 2024

1: Easter Monday; no classes running
2: Classes return from Spring Break/Easter Weekend
4-7: Evolve Dance Competition; held at Edmonton Expo Center
10-14: Gravity Dance Competition at Festival Place Sherwood Park
18-21: VIEW Dance Challenge

MAY 2024

9-12: Dare to Dream Competition; held at the Triffo Theatre
15: Year End Recital Tickets on sale
16-19: VIEW Dance Challenge; held at The Westin Calgary Airport
18-20: May Long Weekend; no classes running
27: Priority Registration for the 2024/2025 dance season opens online for all current clients!

JUNE 2024

1: Registration for the 2024/2025 dance season opens online for all new clients!
1: Summer Program registration open. Don’t delay, early bird pricing in effect until June 15!
1-6: Watch Week for all Primary and Recreational programs the final 15 minutes of class; attendance is strongly encouraged as all Year End Recital procedures will be discussed
8: Year End Recital for all Full-Year programs; held at the Myer Horowitz Theatre
10-13: Trial classes in support of The Stollery
